Will chart

Will chart of Cosme de Oliveira, by which he orders his grave in the chapel of Nossa Senhora de Belém, the sale of all his assets to fulfill the legacies, and the purchase of a farm with what was left over, to be entailed to the celebration of charges in that same church. He appointed his will executor as first administrator and Estêvão, his son, after the death of first.
In addition, he establishes another chapel, by entailing some houses, located in Lisbon, outside the gates of Santo Antão, for the fulfillment of charges celebrated in the church of São Jorge, to be administrated by Maria das Virtudes, his sister. After her death, these chapels should be administrated by Maria, daughter of the institutor, and then to her eldest son or daughter.
He appoints Maria das Virtudes, his sister, and Catarina Valente, his wife, as executors of his will.
