They appointed Pedro de Oliveira to succeed in this entail, after the death of the last institutor. The administrator was due the obligation to order the celebration of masses in the church of São Paulo, in Lisboa, using the rents of a "casal do Moinho" left by João Lopes Rosa, on the outskirts of Torres Vedras.
