Will chart by which D. Luísa de Mendonça wanted to be buried in the Convent of São Francisco de Tavira. She established in this church a chapel of invocation of São Gregório. The institutor designated her husband Martinho da Cunha e Melo to be its first administrator and he should incorporate the assets into this entail, in order to fulfil the charges.

Will chart by which Martinho da Cunha e Melo wanted to be buried in the Chapel of São Gregório, in the convent of São Francisco of Tavira. He incorporated into this entail the farm of Marim, to fulfill the pious obligations ordered by D. Luísa de Mendonça. He also entailed the farm of Foubana, in the parish of Moncarapacho, and other properties. He designated his wife D. Francisca da Cunha to be its administrator. Manuel Côrte-Real, his brother, should succeed her and, after his death, his nephew Duarte de Melo, son of his brother.
