Certificate of Tomé Gomes, beneficiary of the church of Nossa Senhora de Triana, in the town of Alenquer, and other beneficiaries confirming that the exemplification of the codicil of Padre Francisco Botelho de Sequeira is kept in the archive of the church and that they accepted all its obligations. They also certificate that Simão da Cunha signed a termo accepting the inheritance from Padre Francisco Botelho de Sequeira with all its obligations and commited himself to fullfil the ordered masses.

Luísa de Almeida, his niece, owed him, to their entail with the pious obligation of 10 sung masses and 5 prayed masses, per year and forever, in that church.
Codicil approved in 1597-09-22 and opened in 1597-09-24.

Entail foundation and annexation deed by Simão da Cunha and D. Luísa de Almeida, his wife, with the remaining of their available portions, entailing it to the entail founded by Guiomar de Sequeira, D. Luísa's mother, in her will, dated from 1568, and mentioning the previous entail foundation and annexation deed, dated from 1596-03-31. They also declare that Francisco Botelho, uncle of D. Luísa, bequeathed, in his codicil, 2000 cruzados to this entail, with the pious obligation of ten prayed masses and five sung masses in Nossa Senhora de Triana, in the town of Alenquer. The institutors describe all the entail foundation clauses and mention that the entail founded by Guiomar de Sequeira included her available portion, a part of the available portion of Simão Ferreira, her husband, and the reserved portions of Ana da Madre de Deus, their daughter and sister of D. Luísa de Almeida. They also request to the king the confirmation of this entail foundation deed.

Will of Ana Ferreira entailing all her properties, including the reserved portion he inherited from her father, to the available portion of her mother, Guiomar de Sequeira, with all the clauses and obligations her mother will order and that she already knows, since her mother announced her before she writes this will. Ana Ferreira wants to become a nun and appoints D. Luísa de Almeida, her sister, as her universal heir of all her assets for the aid of her dowry. Guiomar de Sequeira, her mother, consented in this will.

The testator also orders to give part of the income of a public debt instrument of 32.000 réis to the monastery of S.
