Licence warrant on behalf of D. Inês Moreira allowing her to sell entailed properties in order to satisfy a debt. Those properties became entailed to the chapel of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, founded by abade Martinho Fernandes in Alpedrinha, in virtue of a contract made between the institutor and her deceased husband, Pedro Mateus Barreto, first administrator, who accepted to inherit the movable assets from the institutor, sell and then purchase immovable properties in order to entail them. As her husband died without selling all the movable assets, it was determined that all the personal properties that the couple shared would became entaild to the chapel, although some of those properties were already mortgaged, an the selling of some of those properties would satisfy this debts.
