If he dies before his grandfather, the entail shall pass to his father and siblings, or, if they have no descendants, to the lineage of António de Torres. He bequeaths the other quarter of his engine to António de Torres, with an obligation of five annual masses in the same chapel and the same clauses of succession as the other entail. After four years, António Gomes do Alemo shall use the revenue of his entail to buy the part of the engine belonging to António de Torres and annex it to his entail. António de Torres shall buy properties to entail in its place with the revenue from this sale. If both their lineages are extinguished, the sucession shall be by appointment.

They determine that, after their deaths, the entail should be administrated by Brígida Moreira, daughter of Maria Álvares, Isabel's cousin, and transmitted to her descendants. The future administrators of the entail are obligated to celebrate 50 annual masses for the institutor's souls in that church.

He also designated his son Jorge de Brito to succeed in another entail he administrated in the Church of Santiago de Urra, using the rents of a "herdade" in Alcaradiça, on the outskirts of Redondo. If his son died childless, it should succeed his granddaughter D. Isabel de Mendanha, daughter of Jorge de Brito, with the same obligations but, if he had a son, this entail should be succeeded by him. This entail is composed of a "casal" in Belém and somes houses in São Lázaro, in Lisboa.
