According to the supplicant, he administrates all the estate belonging to the chapel founded by Vicente Eanes Forjaz in the church of São Miguel of Alcainça. The latter also bequeathed the Quinta of Arneiro which was unlawfully possessed without title by Diogo de Abreu, clergyman, since the administration belonged to the Crown. The king orders the delivery of the administration of the Quinta do Arneiro to João Forjaz, upon verification the truth of his statements: the belonging of its administration to the chapel, its alienation by Diogo de Abreu and the royal right to appoint the administrator.
