Administration letter to Pedro Eanes Genões giving him the administration of the chapel of Mendragos in Serpa, succeeding to his late father João Rodrigues. He received a grace warrant of administration as the first born son of the above João Rodrigues, but he didn't asked earlier for the administration letter because he as a minor was under the guardianship of his uncle António Rodrigues, who nevertheless kept the properties of the chapel.

It had been taken from him since he had been unable to fulfil all of its pious obligations. After it was discovered that part of the entailed assets were damaged or had been sold, Lopo Álvares was reinstated in the chapel's administration and the annual masses were reduced to 130.

Administration letter on behalf of João Forjaz, escudeiro do rei and morador in Ameixoeira, of the Quinta do Arneiro. According to the supplicant, he administrates all the estate belonging to the chapel founded by Vicente Eanes Forjaz in the church of São Miguel of Alcainça. The latter also bequeathed the Quinta of Arneiro which was unlawfully possessed without title by Diogo de Abreu, clergyman, since the administration belonged to the Crown. The king orders the delivery of the administration of the Quinta do Arneiro to João Forjaz, upon verification the truth of his statements: the belonging of its administration to the chapel, its alienation by Diogo de Abreu and the royal right to appoint the administrator.

Administration letter on behalf of João Forjaz, morador na Ameixoeira of the administration of the Quinta do Arneiro, on the outskirts of Torres Vedras. This property was given by Vicente Eanes to Álvaro Dias, son of Diogo Bartolomeu, with the charge of maintaining a masse as determined by the institutor will. Due to his death, this farm passed to the administration of a descendant of the institutor, who gave it as a debt payment to Diogo de Abreu. Because he was a cleric not from the institutor’s lineage and didn’t had a legitimate title of possession nor fulfil the institutor’s charges, the administration of the property fell vacant to the Crown. After having seen a previous deed signed by him (a «prazme» deed) and the compromisso, the kings give the administration of the farm to the abovementioned João Forjaz. According to the monarch, the latter is different from the administration of São Silvestre instituted by the same Vicente Eanes in the parochial church of Alcainça.
