Although the leased land (prazo fateusim), belonging to the Colégio dos Jesuítas de Évora, had been initially incorporated in the entail by the institutor, the institution had opposed to that. The judicial dispute was only overcome when the entail's administrator and the jesuits reached an agreement over how much should be paid, every year, for the usufruct of that property. The warrant was issued after the Corregedor da Comarca de Évora declared his opinion.
