Maria de Carvalho, his wife, ordered by doutor Tomé Pinheiro da Veiga, desembargador dos agravos e apelações na Casa da Suplicação and juiz dos tombos, averiguação e manifestações das Capelas, Hospitais e Confrarias da Coroa.
Contains: administration letter on behalf of Vasco Rodrigues (registered instead of the institution); acórdão, ordering the reform of the tombo; land measurement deed; declaration deed of charges and income of the chapel (dated 1622-05-11); and acórdão, approving the tombo reform and ordering to make a headstone.

Administration letter of Fernando Miguéis and Aviziboa's chapel, located in the church of S. Miguel de Montemor-o-Velho, to Vasco de Oliveira. The grace is granted following an grace warrant of administration, given by Prince D. João, in the absence of the monarch. In compliance with it, the judges of Montemor-o-Velho had already given Vasco de Oliveira possession of the chapel on 1477-06-28. With this letter the king also cancels any other donations from the chapel that, in the meantime, he could have made.
