Will (extract) by which Estevão Esteves Botelho and his wife Catarina Esteves established an entail using their immovable goods, appointing Esteves Eanes Cantel, Catarina Esteves' son-in-law, to be its first administrator. He was due to order to a chaplain the celebration of masses for their souls in the Church of Sacavém. This document was followed by an undated tombo composed of vineyards, lands, olive groves, houses and orchards located in Sacavém.

Administration letter of the entail and Santa Catarina's chapel, instituted by Estêvão Esteves Botelho in the church of Sacavém, on the outskirts of Lisboa, to André Afonso, in place of Pedro Eanes de Almeida, his uncle and previous administrator, dismissed of bad administration.
