Will chart made by Pedro Rodrigues Boga in which he ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of five masses celebrated every year in Monforte. He appointed Domingos Afonso to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by Pedro.
