It condemns João da Fonseca Botelho and Catarina de Lira, his wife, defendants, to relinquish to the plaintiffs the property and administration of the chapel of Guiomar de Teive, with its income generated since the contested lawsuit, because Nuno Gonçalves, great-great-grandfather, of João da Fonseca Botelho, was excluded from the succession by the institutor.
