Agreement deed

Agreement deed by which Lourenço Vasques, Escudeiro, and Senhorinha Afonso, his wife, agree to relinquish the possession of the farmstead (quinta) of Granja in Almada to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. The convent had leased the property, which was entailed to the Maria Pires Rová's chapel, to them in exchange for the payment of 60 libras each year.

Composition deed by which Lourenço Vasques, on his behalf and of his wife, Senhorinha Afonso, donates the farmstead (quinta) of Granja, which is entailed to Maria Pires Rová's chapel, to the convent of S. It is mentioned that, before them, the entail was administered by Fernando Afonso for 20 years.

Donation deed by which Maria Pires Rová, Martinho Fernandes' widow, donates houses and vineyards in Lisboa to the convent of S. Domingos of that city, obligating its friars to celebrate annual masses for her soul and that of her husband, which was buried inside the chapel of S. Martinho. She declares that before her death she would appoint a relative to be the chapel's first administrator, demanding that, every year, her successor should give 105 libras to the convent. Followed by a letter of possession.

Martinho of that convent, where her first husband, Martinho Fernandes, is buried.
