Catarina de Góis sells to D. Joana da Ponte a lease of 30 000 reis on quinta da Burça, in Alenquer, which D. Joana entails to the chapel administered by her son in place of houses in Lisboa she had detached from the entail and sold to buy new and better properties, with authorization of the king.

D. Joana da Ponte is represented by her sister-in-law, Madre D. Francisca de Melo Henriques, nun in the monastery of Santa Maria da Rosa of Lisboa, who is said to be administrator of another entail.
