Resignation, ratification, quittance, and agreement deed between Ana Teixeira, administrator of the chapel founded by Aldonça Afonso, represented by her attorney-in-fact her son João Teixeira de Batavias, and D. Maria de Bermudes, lessee of the chapel. João Teixeira approves the tenure contract that was signed 1559-06-06, recognizes the court sentence of 1573-05-17 and therefore withdraws the legal action. D. Maria Bermudes is obliged to pay the rent to Ana Teixeira or to her son João Teixeira de Batavias and to fulfill the pious obligations.
