After the death of padre André da Costa, he would be succeeded by the sons and heirs of António Veles da Silva, brother of the institutor, who was in Índia, and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest heir, according to the Laws of the Kingdom. If the descendants of António did not wish to succeed on the administration of the entail, it would be handled to the Society of Jesus or the parish of S. Maria Madalena.
