Will (extract) of Fernando da Silva instituting an entail with his properties, namely an estate he owned in Ouguela ("herdade de Vale do Castelo"). He designated his nephew, Pedro da Silva de Meneses, to administrate it, obligating him and his successors to support the celebration of a daily perpetual mass in the church of Misericórdia of Campo Maior, where the testator's remains would be buried.
