Will (extract) by which Ana Monteiro, Manuel Gaio's widow, bequeaths the third part of her assets, including the houses where she lives in, to her cousin, Vicente da Costa, with the obligation of celebrating annual masses in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa.

Petition through which Francisco de Leiria Monteiro, Vicente da Costa's heir and administrator of the entail established by Ana Monteiro, declares that the revenues extracted from the houses in Lisboa, that were incorporated in it, were insufficient to fulfill all the pious obligations instituted in the church of the convent of S. Domingos de Lisboa. Since those houses needed to be repaired, he asks the Provedor das Capelas to allow the reduction of the amount of money, taken from the entail's assets, that was destined to fulfill the pious charges. Followed by a dispatch issued by Fernando Aires do Vale, Provedor das Capelas, on 1634-10-23.

Partition deed issued by the Juiz dos órfãos de Lisboa, concerning the partition of the patrimony belonging to the late Ana Monteiro, Catarina Velha de Almeida's daughter. The third part of her assets, including houses in Lisboa, were delivered to Capitão Vicente da Costa, her cousin and heir, according to the wishes expressed in her will.

Dispatch by Fernando Aires do Vale, Provedor das Capelas, through which he ordered the issue of an account regarding the amount of money that would be used, henceforth, in the fulfillment of the pious charges instituted by the late Ana Monteiro. Followed by an account concerning the revenues and the amount of money expected to be spent in the repairing of the houses incorporated in Ana Monteiro's entail.

Court sentence by which the Provedor das Capelas approved the reduction of the amount of money, taken from the revenues of the assets belonging to Ana Monteiro's entail, whose destiny was to support the pious charges established in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. From then on, the administrators were only obligated to spend 5 000 réis, each year, in the celebration of masses in that church.
