Domingos of Guimarães and Gonçalo Peixoto da Silva de Macedo de Carvalho, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei, Donatário do Concelho de Penafiel e Sousa, by which the latter, representing Tadeu Luís António, his grandson and ward, committed himself to finish the construction of the chapel instituted by his late son-in-law, Gonçalo Lopes de Carvalho Fonseca Camões, and to adorn it appropriately. It would be administrated by the institutor's descendants and, in the absence of a lawful heir, by his closest living relative.
