Bernardino and 3 of them in the church of S. Sebastião, in Câmara de Lobos, in Madeira island, and also with the obligation of an office of "mortus" of three lessons, in the same church of S. Sebastião. After the death of António Correia, her available portion will be bequeathed to her daughter D. Guiomar. The testator defines the succession clauses.

ENCARGOS (ANUAIS): ofício de três lições e quinze tochas de cera amarela “muito bem feitas e de boa sera”, pesando doze arráteis cada uma, doze para o convento de São Bernardino e três para a Igreja de São Sebastião. Por sentença de 1818-12-14 (f. 232-261) as capelas administradas pelo Visconde de Torre Bela são reduzidas à seguinte pensão: missa aos domingos e dias santos (90 missas) celebrada por um capelão por 100.000 réis anuais; três missas de Natal por 2.400 réis, obras da capela do Carmo do Funchal conforme determinado pelo instituidor Manuel Martins Brandão; a capela de D. Isabel Bettencourt é reduzida a duas tochas para a Igreja de Câmara de Lobos e duas tochas para São Bernardino.
BENS VINCULADOS: terça dos bens não referidos.
SUCESSÃO: designa por herdeiro da terça o marido, e por seu falecimento, a filha D. Maria, seguindo-se o seu filho ou filha primogénita. Não tendo herdeiros, ficaria sucessivamente aos outros filhos Jorge Correia e João de Bettencourt, na linha direita do filho macho mais velho.
