Annexation and appointment deed made by Luís Arnault, attorney of padre João Rodrigues Subtil, abade in the monastery of Santa Maria de Vila Fria, annexing a land to the chapel founded by Pedro Fernandes Subtil, brother of João, as the revenue from the entailed assets were not enought to cover the expenses with the perpetual obligation of twenty masses, imposing, henceforth, one more mass for his own soul. He also appointed padre Domingos de Torres to succeed him on the administration, for the gratitude he owed to him.

Annexation deed by which Fernando Aires de Almeida, cavaleiro professo da Ordem de Cristo and administrator of the chapel established by his uncle and aunt, Simão Correia Lomelino and Guiomar Cabea da Silva, in the main church of Oeiras, annexes to this chapel half of the houses he inherited from his father, Manuel Aires de Almeida. He makes this annexation with the obligation that the future administrators shall order six annual masses, besides the ones already established by the institutors: three for the soul of his mother, D. Jerónima de Almada, in the chapel of Oeiras, the other three for the soul of Manuel Aires de Almeida, in the chapel of S. João Baptista of the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa, where he is buried.

Filipa de Gouveia, entailed lands in Carvalhal and in Tondela to the entail established by Francisco Mendes Cardoso and Isabel Pais de Barros in substitution of houses and vineyards in Guarda which had belonged to it. Isabel Pais de Barros confirmed the entail foundation deed's clauses and declared that if any administrator of the entail committed a crime of lèse-majesté, he would loose the right to administrate it 3 days before doing so.

Annexation deed in which Diogo Mendes Serens and Guiomar Mendes annexed some houses worth 274.000 réis, in Portalegre to the entail founded by Henrique Fernandes Solis, which they administrated after the death of their daughter Mariana Mendes, last administrator of the entail. Those houses were annexed to the entail because none of it's previous administrators, namely, Diogo Ramalho, Fernando de Ávila, Isabel Mendes and Mariana Mendes, had annexed half of their own reserved portions to the entail, as disposed by the institutor.

The houses already had an obligation of payment (censo) to the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, for three annual masses for the souls of Jordão Jorge and Domingas Francisca.

Annexation deed by which Diogo de Brito and his wife Ana Coelho declared that his brother Manuel de Brito, priest, died in 1613-12-02 and he previously ordered in his last will the foundation of a chapel with the obligation to celebrate masses in the Church of São Jorge. The institutor required the sale of his movable and immovable goods located in Santarém and Montemor-o-novo to buy free holding assets to be incorporated into this entail. He finally declared that he wanted his brother Frei Tomás de Brito to establish its succession. The administrators Diogo de Brito and his wife Ana Coelho declared that they fulfiled Manuel de Brito's obligations and that they bought free holding assets to be incorporated into this entail, namely some houses and "herdades" in Lisboa and its outskirts.

Annexation deed by which Francisco Barreto de Meneses, fidalgo da casa real and prior of the Church of Santa Maria do Casal, Bispado de Coimbra, declared that he wanted to incorporate the farm of "Paredes", on the outskirts of Ponte da Barca, into the chapel of "Barretos", founded by his grandparents Francisco Magalhães de Meneses and his wife D. Leonor Pereira. If his brother Bento da Silva de Meneses did not have children, it should succeed the eldest son of one of his cousins Constantino de Magalhães de Meneses or Alexandre de Magalhães de Meneses. The successors were obligated to order the celebration of masses for his, his parents, grandparents and brother's soul, and to contract a chaplain for this chapel.

Bento, Lisboa, a property (casal) in Poço do Caeiro, S. Domingos de Rana, and a land (casal) in the outskirts of Alverca. Capitão Pedro Veloso, her son, approved the deed. Annexation deed and appointment of an administrator for the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, in Arneirós, instituted by Gonçalo Coelho, Manuel Rodrigues Ramos, Catarina Álvares and António Coelho, administered by Manuel Luís Paiva and Antónia Álvares de Vide, his wife. Since they had neglected to administer some of the entailed assets, they entail several others to compensate for the fall in income. To fulfill the institution, they also entail a third of their assets, in a sum of more than 5 000 cruzados, and appoint Doutor Diogo Monteiro Coelho, their son, administrator. The latter, in turn, accepts the appointment and undertakes to fulfill the institution.

Annexation deed by which Francisca Fernandes, widow of Belchior Álvares, fulfilled her late husband's will. Belchior Álvares made a will in which he declared the intention of instituting a chapel. But, as he died without his will being approved, his intentions were considered of null legal validity. Nevertheless, with the consentment of the judge of the Órfãos of Évora, city where Belchior died, Francisca Fernandes instituted the entail, to which she annexed several properties. The chapel had the obligation of 4 annual masses in São Miguel de Facha, and the administrator should be one of Belchior Álvares' nieces. Francisca Fernandes also granted Gaspar Álvares, priest in São Miguel de Facha, the power to appoint the chapel's administrator.

Annexation deed by which Gaspar da Costa de Palma and his wife Leonor Ribeiro declared that the institutor nominated him to be his last will executor and that he should incorporate some properties into this entail in order to fulfil the pious obligations. The last will executor and his wife obligated themselves to incorporate some houses they possessed in Lisboa, and that should be succeeded by their heirs with these conditions. Followed by a sentence dated 1627-08-03.
