He appoints his nephew, Francisco Ferrão, who is in India, as first administrator of his chapel, with the obligation of a daily mass, entailed to two houses in Lisboa. If Francisco Ferrão dies in India, the entail shall pass to Maria Ferrão, niece of the institutor, and to her descendants.

Will (extract) by which Margarida Costa and an unidentified person bequeath houses in Lisboa to Margarida Pires, Marcos Fernandes' wife and Margarida's niece, obligating her and her heirs to support the celebration of 4 annual masses for their souls in the church of Santa Justa. Those houses should not be in any time sold or exchanged for others.

Will (extract) by which the daughter of Inês Correia, António Marques' wife, establishes a chapel, entailing houses in beco do Gaspar das Naus, Lisboa, and determining that its future administrators should celebrate 24 annual masses in an unidentified church. Will (extract) by which Isabel Rodrigues bequeaths to Catarina Rodrigues, her criada, lands in Évora ("casal da Galvoeira"), determining that she and her descendants should support the celebration of 12 annual masses for her soul in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, where her body would be buried. Catarina Rodrigues and her successors are forbidden to sell, exchange or divide the entailed properties.
