Revocation warrant addressed to the administrator of the chapels of the monastery of São Francisco of Évora, issued in the sequence of a petition presented by Gaspar Dias, by which he was ordered to receive the revocation of the administration and of an estate of the chapel founded by Maria Godinho.

Filipa de Lacerda, his sister, and Cristóvão Mendes de Eça, revoked part of the dowry deed issued on 1649-07-04. Isabel Pais de Barros confirmed the will she and her brother, Francisco Mendes, had made in 1642 and the creation of the entail they had established. She gave a dowry of 1 conto de réis to the bride and groom. Contains a copy of a letter of attorney.

Revocation deed through which Catarina da Silva and her husband, Gonçalo de Paiva, algibebe, revoked a bond, issued on 1644-04-02, concerning the obligation, imposed by Frei Baltasar dos Reis to them, of paying, during his lifetime, 4 000 réis, each year, to Constança da Trindade and Maria da Nazaré, Catarina and Baltasar's sisters and nuns in the convent of S. Domingos of Elvas. After Baltasar's death, Catarina and Gonçalo were obligated, instead, to support the celebration of 11 masses in a church of their choice. By annulling that document, the couple instituted the pious obligation of celebrating, each year, the referred masses for Baltasar's soul, in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, whose costs were to be sustained by the revenues of houses they had in Lisboa. That entail should pass to their successors.

Revocation deed by which D. Frei Jerónimo de Gouveia, bispo de Ceuta, revoked the clause where he established that if the administrator, Bartolomeu Nogueira, died prior the institutor, he could nominate whomever he wanted and the nomination previously made by the administrator would not be valid. He now established that Bartolomeu Nogueira had the right to nominate the entail's sucessor in all circumstances.

Revocation deed by Fernando Mendes de Olivença, administrator of the chapel of Santo António, by which he nullified the appointment of Gonçalo Lobo as chaplain, granting these fonctions to the friars of the monastery of São Francisco de Olivença, where the chapel was located.

Revocation deed by which D. Frei Jerónimo de Gouveia, bispo de Ceuta, revoked the designation he made on the priests of Companhia de Jesus to be its entail's second administrator. He also confirmed the donation of a public debt instrument of 60 000 réis he made to Bartolomeu Nogueira, cavaleiro fidalgo da casa real and escrivão da Casa dos Catecumenos, in order to convert jew, moors and gentiles, or to donate dowries to orphans. He designated instead the "reitor" of Casa dos Catecumenos to be its second administrator. The successor of Bartolomeu's administration should give to Irmandade dos Clérigos some alms for their work. He established that this entail should always have two administrators.

He reduces the perpetual pious obligation attached to the farmstead (quinta) of Fartos das Amendoeiras, Apelação, which should be fulfiled in the church of Encarnação for his soul; and the one associated to the houses in Moita, which would be fulfiled in the church of Misericórdia of Lisboa.

Resignation deed by which Sancha Eanes, nun in the monastery of Chelas and daughter of Vicente Pires Sardinha, gives up her rights to the farmstead in Arrentela which she had inherited from her father, together with the obligations entailed to it, bequeathing them to the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa.
Contains undated writing by Sancha Eanes explaining that her father had inherited the totality of the properties bequeathed by Vasco Lourenço, since his cousin, João Pires Arangues, who had also been designated heir, had renounced his part. He had had conflicts with the priests of the monastery of Santíssima Trindade over the quantity of wine which should be given for the obligations entailed to it, managing to reduce it. After his death, his wife, Catarina Lopes, had inherited the farmstead and the obligations, but had stopped keeping them, and thus been warned by the priests.
Followed by lease of the lands by Vasco Pires and other documentation related to the management of the property after it was given to the priests.

Álvaro Rodrigues had filed a lawsuit against Gaspar Mealheiro, because he considered himself the closest relative of the institutors and also because the administrator did not fully comply with the charges, which he intended to solve.

Resignation and appointment deed made by Inês da Mota, stating that Ermígio Fernandes had established a chapel in the mother church of Lagos, linking certain assets to fulfill the charges, appointing his eldest son to administer it. She also declares that the chapel was managed by Bento Gonçalves, her grandfather, and later by Gonçalo Martins, her father, from whom she had inherited it because she was the eldest daughter and had no brothers. Since she had no children, fulfilling the institution, the chapel should remain with her closest relative, namely Afonso de Almeida, her nephew, grandson of Gonçalo Martins and great-grandson of Bento Gonçalves.

Resignation and appointment deed by which Catarina Fernandes, Gomes Eanes' widow, appoints Pedro Gonçalves, husband of Catarina Eanes, her criada, to be the administrator of the entail she and her husband had established trough their will. In that document, issued on 1480-05-22, they both had declared that after the death of one of them, the surviving member of the couple should inherit lands and houses in Santa Iria da Azóia with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 10 annual masses in the church of that place. The entail's first administrator was obligated to appoint a successor.
