Agreement deed signed between D. Martinho de Vargas, administrator of the chapel of Santa Catarina founded in Estremoz by Bartolomeu Pires and Maria Eanes Louseira, and frei Manuel de Santiago, padre guardião of the convent of São Francisco in Estremoz, concerning the celebration of the masses of the chapel. The beneficiados of the church of Santa Maria stopped the celebration of the masses because the payment was very low; therefore D. Martinho de Vargas agreed to the pay the double to the clérigos of the convent of São Francisco in Estremoz.

Domingos of Lisboa. The convent had leased the property, which was entailed to the Maria Pires Rová's chapel, to them in exchange for the payment of 60 libras each year.

The first grantors give the chapel of the chapter of the convent to the second, who, in turn, establish the charges that should be celebrated in it, to which the clerics are bound, entailing properties for this purpose. It was up to the administrator to name the following.

The administrators of the entail are obligated to give 164 libras to that convent each year with the purpose of supporting the celebration of masses for the institutor's soul.

Agreement deed by which Vasco Eanes and Jácome Eanes, executors of Gonçalo Afonso's will, declare that Afonso Eanes, clergyman, refused to accept the donation made by the testator, which allowed them to give the property to whomever they ellect. Thus, they decide to donate the entail established by Gonçalo Afonso to Fernando Alves, Bacharel em Leis, his nephew. He is obligated henceforth to support the celebration of masses linked to the entailed property and to transmit it to his descendants.
Fernando Alves gives his consent to this deed as well as the donors' wives, Beatriz Alves and Maria Eanes.

Agreement deed between Nuno Dias de Castro, mercador, executor of Diogo Mendes Guterres' will, and the brotherhood of Santíssimo Sacramento of the church of S. Nicolau of Lisboa, by which its members donate a chapel in that church to the former, which would contain the remains of Diogo Mendes Guterres and his descendants. In exchange for that, the executor gives 180 000 réis to them, which would pay for the reconstruction of the main chapel. This donation is made under the condition that the future administrators of the chapel should allow it to be used by the brotherhoods of S. Paulo and the menino perdido, preserving the statue of that saint and promising not to put railings around it. Contains copies of an extract of the institutor's will and an extract of his codicil. Followed by a letter of possession issued on 1645-10-13.

Agreement deed made by Nuno Pires, tabelião público, celebrated between Valentim Vasques (with the assent of Isabel Jorge, his wife) and Estêvão Rodrigues Pimentel. After a dispute about the possession of part of a farm that Rodrigo Vilharem had left to the chapel he had instituted in the church of Espírito Santo da Ribeira Grande, on the island of Santiago, in Cabo Verde, Valentim Vasques, who administered that chapel, donates the administration to Estêvão Rodrigues Pimentel, to avoid the division of the farm. Estêvão Rodrigues Pimentel had presented some public deeds, stating that he had bought half of this farm from Alonso Ramirez, Rodrigo Vilharem's brother-in-law. Valentim Vasques had been appointed by Inhego Ortiz, first administrator appointed by the institutor in his will, made by Afonso André, escrivão, and approved by Brás Lopes, tabelião, on 1502-06-22.

Agreement deed signed between Melchior de Sousa and Francisca Vaz Pessoa, his wife, and Frei Luís de Figueiredo, provincial of the Ordem Terceira de São Francisco, and Frei Pedro da Trindade, ministro of the convent of São Francisco of São João da Pesqueira, establishing the patronage of chancel of that convent. The first were to build the chancel, and provide it with implements and assets, in which they could be buried, like their descendants and administrators. The charges that should be entered into are also established.

She subsequently decides to donate part of the house where she lives in to her brother and sister-in-law, both of whom commit themselves to use its revenues to support the celebration of annual masses for the souls of João and Antónia's parents, Antão Ximenes and Constança Dias, in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa.

Agreement deed between Doutor Eugénio Cabreira, executor of Leonor Fernandes' will, and Diogo Romeiro (o moço), on his behalf, of Paula Pedroso, his wife, and Diogo Romeiro (o velho), his father, regarding the validity of the wills made by Leonor Fernandes and the institution of her chapel. Diogo Romeiro considers her grandmother's first will valid and decides to entail the houses in Rua da Figueira, Lisboa, which he had inherited from her, to Leonor Fernandes' chapel, since the third part of her assets is not enough to pay the debts and to support the celebration of annual masses. He also declares that Padre Manuel de Góis should be the chapel's first administrator, being succeeded by Diogo and his descendants. Doutor Eugénio Cabreira aproves it and donates 150 000 réis to Luísa, the dead woman's granddaughter, with the purpose of helping her to marry or to become a nun.

He commits himself to donate 15 000 réis each year to that convent with the purpose of supporting the celebration of annual masses for his soul. In exchange, the friars should fulfil those pious obligations and maintain the chapel clean. Afonso Mexia also declares that only himself and his descendants are allowed to have their remains buried inside his chapel.

Agreement deed by which Doutor Manuel Álvares de Carvalho, administrator of João Eanes Palhavã and Sancha Pires' chapel, pays 35 000 réis to Frei Vicente do Rosário, procurador das capelas do convento de São Domingos, with the purpose of settling the debts contracted for not supporting the celebration of annual masses, for the period of 14 years. The administrator committed himself to provide the chapel with a new painting depicting the Baptism of Christ as well as whatever else was needed. Frei Vicente gave his consent to this deed and cancelled the seizure of the chapel's assets.

Agreement deed by which Álvaro de Melo Baracho, on behalf of his father, Manuel Correia Baracho, tenente-capitão da Fortaleza da Barra de S. Sebastião da Caparica, accepts the extension of the account of the administration of João de Atouguia's chapel and commits himself to pay 650 réis to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. Frei Vicente do Rosário, Procurador das Capelas de S. Domingos, approved this deed. Followed by an extract of an undated tombo, containing the description of the houses entailed to the chapel.

Agreement deed by which the friars of the convent of São Francisco of Lisboa appoint Aires Vaz de Alvalade, Escudeiro, Gil Esteves de Alvalade's son, to be administrator of Maria Miguéis' chapel. He and his heirs are obligated to pay 9 libras each year to that convent and to give olive oil to light a lamp. It is mentioned that after Maria Miguéis' death, Gil Esteves de Alvalade, Escudeiro, inherited the assets left by his aunt, but decided to disperse part of her patrimony, ignoring her will.

Agreement deed between Manuel de Pina de Melo and the religious of the convent of Nossa Senhora dos Anjos in Montemor-o-Velho. The convent had brought an execution against Manuel de Pina de Melo due to the delay in the payment of rents, relating to the years 1585 and 1586, to fulfill the charges for the chapel that he owned in that convent. Fulfilling a sentence of the Relação, Manuel de Pina de Melo, to pay off these installments, as well as that of the following years, donates the farmhouse (casal) of Belvega to the convent, which the religious accept.
It also contains a consent deed of D. Isabel, wife of Manuel de Pina de Melo, ratifying the contract, signed in 1587-05-21, with the religious of the convent of Nossa Senhora dos Anjos (dated 1587-05-25).
