Approval deed of a will chart made by António de Torres Manso and his wife Beatriz Barata. They add that the chapel they had established had to be divided into two parts. After Beatriz Barata's death, her share would be divided into two, one administered by António de Torres Manso and the other by a son of Isabel Barata, whom she chose.

Approval and addition deed of the will made by Catarina Luís, first administrator of the entail founded by her deceased husband Francisco Lopes Moniz, confirming the foundation of the entail, but changing some of dispositions over the entail's succession rules. Annexation deed and appointment of an administrator for the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, in Arneirós, instituted by Gonçalo Coelho, Manuel Rodrigues Ramos, Catarina Álvares and António Coelho, administered by Manuel Luís Paiva and Antónia Álvares de Vide, his wife. Since they had neglected to administer some of the entailed assets, they entail several others to compensate for the fall in income. To fulfill the institution, they also entail a third of their assets, in a sum of more than 5 000 cruzados, and appoint Doutor Diogo Monteiro Coelho, their son, administrator. The latter, in turn, accepts the appointment and undertakes to fulfill the institution.

Annexation deed by which Gonçalo Coelho, attaches several assets to the entail of which he was administrator. Manuel Luís Paiva and Antónia Alves, his wife, appointed successors to the administration, also entail, for their part, some assets to the entail, committing themselves to the fulfillment of the institution.

The first grantors give the chapel of the chapter of the convent to the second, who, in turn, establish the charges that should be celebrated in it, to which the clerics are bound, entailing properties for this purpose.
