Will of Isabel Martins in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail, composed of a land in Serrado do Figueiral, Terceira island, with a perpetual obligation of three masses celebrated every year in honor of the Santíssimo Sacramento. She appointed her granddaughter Isabel, her daughter Margarida Nunes and her son Sebastião Afonso Guedes to administrate the entail, alternating one another in every two years. Each of them should choose a successor to administrate the entail with the same alternation condition.

Will made by Bárbara Machado, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of ten masses celebrated every year in the chapel of S. Estêvão, located on the mother church of Angra, Terceira island, where her body should be buried. She named her children Serafina and Estêvão Borges to administrate the entail during their lifes, as long as each of them administrated it for two years. After both of them were deceased the entail should be administrated by the children of her daughter Catarina da Silveira, as long as they alternate on the administration in every two years. And if she had no children, the entail's administration should be given to the descendants of her son Francisco do Carvalhal with the same conditions. She disposed that the entail's administration could not be given, in any circumstances to the heirs of João Dias do Carvalhal, once he was very wealthy and all of his brothers were not. In case of the extinction of her bloodline, the entail should be given to her nephew Manuel do Rego Borges or the Misericórdia of Angra.

Will made by Francisco Rodrigues, oleiro, and his wife Guiomar Vaz, in which they ordered their burial in the church of São Lourenço of Portalegre and the foundation of an entail composed of a vineyard with an olive grove in Ribeira da Seda, with the perpetual obligation of four annual masses. They named one another administrators of the entail, after the death of the first of them, and after both were deceased they named, in this order, their sons Manuel Rodrigues, Francisco Rodrigues and then their daughter Maria Vaz to administrate the entail during two years each, alternating one another. After they were all dead, the administration should be given to their grandson Manuel, but only when he turned 25. After his death, the entail should be transmitted tot their grandson João Freire, son of Maria Vaz, and another of their grandchildren after his death. And from there on the succession should always continue on the eldest male heir. Before assuming the administration, the sons of the institutors all agreed in abdicating of their own available portions, that should be otherwise entailed on the entail.

Will made by Inês Barreto, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail composed of some houses in Alter do Chão, with a perpetual obligation of two masses celebrated every year. She named her brother André Gil as first administrator and after her death each one of her relatives would administrate the entail during three years, and then would handle the administration to the closest relative, starting by the closest male relatives.

Will made by Madalena Fernandes in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of two entails. The first entail would be composed of properties in Feteiras, S. Miguel island, with the perpetual obligation of a chapel of masses celebrated every year and to administrate it, she named her son Gaspar de Chaves during his lifetime and after his death, the administration should be given to her daughter Bárbara de Chaves, and after her death to her daughter Leonor de Chaves, and finally to her son Luís de Chaves. After they were all dead, the administration should be given to the eldest male son of each of them, one after the death of the other, and the sons of the eldest grandson should inherit the entail's administration with the same conditions. The second entail would be composed of some houses in Ponta Delgada, where she lived, with the perpetual mass obligation of five masses celebrated every year and to administrate it she appointed her daughter Bárbara Chaves and after her death Ana Martins, daughter of Leonor Chaves and Francisco Afonso, and after her death the administration should be given from there on, preferably, to the eldest female heir. If Ana had no children of hers, the administration should be given to Francisco, son of Leonor Chaves, with the same conditions.

Will made by Baltasar Rodrigues Vogado, in which he ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of four masses celebrated every year on the mother church of Portalegre, where his body should be buried. He named his wife as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, he increased the pious obligation to one mass celebrated every week and established a complex rotative system of succession which would start with his nephew Manuel Jorge, who would administrate the entail during three years and would then handle the administration to the eldest nephew or niece of the institutor, who would also administrate during three years and then handle to the next in line. The system would continue on the next generations of those nephews descendants.

She appointed Cristóvão Dias to be the first administrator during the first two years after her death. After this period, he shall be succeeded by Francisco Fernandes during two years, and after this period he would return to the first for the same mandate, and so on. After their death, they shall be succeeded by a male son of Cristóvão Dias.

He appointed Constança Eanes to be the first administrator during her lifetime. After her death, the administration would be shared, in five-year periods, between his children, namely from the oldest to the youngest.
