Approval and addition deed by which Estêvão da Guarda, with the grant of Sancha Dinis, his wife, entails Quinta da Sisana, located on the outskirts of Lisbon, an oven and other assets, some of which donated by D. Afonso Sanches, bastard son of D. Dinis, to fulfil the charges of the chapel that they had established in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora. The charges that should be celebrated are determined, as well as the succession in the administration. The administrator should be the eldest son and in case of extinction of the lineage, the city council of Lisbon.

Vasco Eanes Côrte-Real, after the death of Cristóvão Côrte-Real, his firstborn son, confirms and adds the entail instituted by D. Joana da Silva, his wife. Attaches its part in the inheritance of D. Joana (houses located in the Cataquefarás neighborhood, in Lisboa), and other real estate, and clarifies the principles of succession in the entail. Manuel Côrte-Real and D. Beatriz de Mendonça compromise also to attach their parts of the inheritance.

Approval and addition deed of the will made by Catarina Luís, first administrator of the entail founded by her deceased husband Francisco Lopes Moniz, confirming the foundation of the entail, but changing some of dispositions over the entail's succession rules. She authorized her daughter Margarida Moniz to appoint one of her nephews on the administration of the entail founded by her deceased husband, Francisco Lopes Moniz, and if she died without descendants, the administration should be given to her brother Francisco Lopes Moniz and his sons or nephews after him. If all of them died without writing a will, she appointed her grandsons Manuel or João or António, in this order. After all of them were dead, the administration should be given to the eldest male heir. As to the chapel she founded with her reserved portion, with five perpetual masses celebrated in every year, she appointed her son Rafael Moniz to administrate it during his lifetime and the closest relative after him.

Annexation deed by Maria de Moura, widow, entailing all her assets to a chapel previously institued, dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Natividade and to the souls of the Purgatory, in the church of S. João de Luzim. Maria appointed her nephew, Manuel de Sousa Camps, as the first administrator. The successors should primarly be the first-born sons, excluding clerics and those who commited lese-majeste crimes.

Annexation deed and appointment of an administrator for the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, in Arneirós, instituted by Gonçalo Coelho, Manuel Rodrigues Ramos, Catarina Álvares and António Coelho, administered by Manuel Luís Paiva and Antónia Álvares de Vide, his wife. Since they had neglected to administer some of the entailed assets, they entail several others to compensate for the fall in income. To fulfill the institution, they also entail a third of their assets, in a sum of more than 5 000 cruzados, and appoint Doutor Diogo Monteiro Coelho, their son, administrator. The latter, in turn, accepts the appointment and undertakes to fulfill the institution.
