Chapel and entail foundation and declaration deed by licenciado António de Oliveira, changing some clauses from the foundation of his and his uncle's, Domingos Gomes, entail and chapel, located in the monastery of Santa Cruz of Coimbra. Among them, he changes the entail's head to their graves, located in the chapel of Santo André, in the same monastery. In the end, it describes all the entailed assets.

Will made by Francisco Pereira do Lago and his wife Andreza de Araújo, ordering, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail and chapel devoted to Santa Bárbara, in Salvador da Baía, with a perpetual mass obligation of two masses celebrated every week and a candle perpetually lit in every saturday morning until the evening of every sunday. They named their eldest daughter Francisca to be the first administrator, and, preferably, her male first born heirs after her death. If Francisca died without heirs, the administration should be transmitted to Madalena, youngest daughter of the institutors, with the same conditions. If she also died without heirs, the administration should be transmitted to the closest relative.

The institutors describe all the entail foundation clauses and mention that the entail founded by Guiomar de Sequeira included her available portion, a part of the available portion of Simão Ferreira, her husband, and the reserved portions of Ana da Madre de Deus, their daughter and sister of D. Luísa de Almeida. They also request to the king the confirmation of this entail foundation deed.

Will made by Manuel Martins Rol, in which he bequeathed 70.000 réis, a vineyard and a land to his brother Francisco Rol de Velez and ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year. He named Francisco as first administrator of the entail and, after his death, the succession should always continue, preferably, on the eldest heir, or, if he had none, the administration would be transmitted to his brother António Rol de Velez or his sister Margarida de Velez. The administrators were expressly forbiden to marry with new-christians and illegitimate children could never receive the administration. The institutor also ordered that half of a vineyard should be annexed to the reserved portion bequeathed by Joana Dias, nicknamed a Cereja, as long as it remained on the Reis family.

Catarina de Nóvoa Henriques, in Melgaço, with all their properties, both inherited from his late parents, Lopo de Castro and Francisca de Cavedo, and bought by them, annexing this new entail to his parents' entail, founded in 1601. They also order the building of a chapel in Melgaço, united to the town's mother church, with some pious obligations. One of the masses will be celebrated in the chapel of the entail of Fecho, in Roussas, in the outskirts of Melgaço, founded by Lopo de Castro and Francisca de Cavedo.

Will made in Portalegre by Maria Valente in which she ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year as long as the world lasted. She named her husband João de Almeida da Silveira as first administrator during his lifetime, and after his death, he would be succeeded by Diogo Camelo, godson of the institutor, and from there on the succession should always continue on his descendants.

Will made in Portalegre by padre Domingos Pires in which he ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of twenty-four masses celebrated every year on the chapel of Espírito Santo, where his body should be buried. He named his nephew Domingos as first administrator of the entail during his lifetime with the condition that he would only receive the administration after his emancipation, whether he marries or becomes a cleric, and until then the usufructs of the entail would be administrated by Joana Dias, mother of Domingos. After the death of Domingos the institutor named, in this order, his niece Joana, his nephew Manuel, Joana Dias and Maria Dias to succeed Domingos on the administration of the entail, with the same conditions, and after all of them passed away, the last one alive would appoint the next administrator. From there on the administrator would be selected by appointment and the pious obligation would be increased to one daily mass. No administrator could ever marry with a person of the so-called "infected races".

Will made by Margarida Aires de Almeida in which she ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of fourty masses uninterruptedly celebrated every year on the chapel of N. Sra. dos Remédios, where her body should be buried, just as her husband's body. The institutor named her nephew Manuel Álvares de Almeida as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. All the eldest sons of the administrators should be baptized with the name Fernando Aires de Almeida, or, if a second born son succeeded on the administration and did not called himself Fernando, should change his name to Fernando by the time he made chrism, if a female heir succeeded on the administration she would at least bear the surname Aires de Almeida.

Nuncupative codicil made in Castelo de Vide by Violante Gonçalves, in which she ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual obligation of three masses celebrated every year. The institutor named her son Francisco Fernandes and his sister Joana Veles as first administrators during their lifetimes and, after their deaths, they would be succeeded by Isabel Veles, granddaughter of the institutor, and from there on the succession should continue on her descendants. No illegitimate heir could ever administrate the entail and anyone who married with another person of the so-called "infected races" would be deprived from the administration.

This deed mentions another entail in Estremadura to the heirs of the lineage of Afonso Domingues.

Chapel foundation deed of Alexandre Barroso Pereira, fidalgo da Casa do rei e moço do Guarda-roupa do rei, and Catarina Palau de Cardenes, his wife, by which they entailed all their assets, with the pious obligation of 40 annual masses in the hermitage of Nossa Senhora do Bom Sucesso, located in S. Romão, in the outskirts of Alverca. Among the properties which they incorporated in the entail were houses in Lisboa and a farmstead (quinta) in the outskirts of Alverca do Ribatejo. The first administrator of the entail should be the surviving spouse, after whose death would succeed Luís Pereira Barroso, son of Alexandre Barroso Pereira's first marriage.

Domingos of Lisboa. Joana de Sousa, his wife, was asked to administer the entail until Francisco de Sousa, Cristóvão's grandson, turned 25 years old and was allowed to take control of it. If Francisco died before that age, or without offspring, the entail should pass to Isabel de Sousa, Joana's daughter and Cristóvão's stepdaughter. He also bequeaths to his grandson a farmstead (quinta) located in Vale do Alcaide, which the testator had bought with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 12 annual masses in the church of S. Cristóvão, in Lisboa. The testator mentions that, at the time of death of D. João III, he was painting the altarpieces of the monastery of Alcobaça and of Évora's cathedral. Guiomar de Brito, as her heir. She also entails her jewelry, which D. Catarina shall use for her wedding, as well as her successors. If D. Catarina dies without children, the entail shall be inherited by Rui de Brito, son of her nephew, Fernando Lobo de Brito. She also establishes two other entails, with "foros" in Elvas, which she bequeaths to her nephews: Fernando Lobo de Brito and Afonso de Brito.

If, by the time of D. Joana de Pina's death, Pedro Fragoso has already died without descendance, the entail shall be bequeathed to one of Brás Fragoso do Paço's daughters, Inês or Maria, and only if all of them have died without descendants will it be inherited by his eldest son, Sebastião da Gama Pina. It is mentioned that D.
