He also bequeaths his wife, Maria Nogueira, and their son, Nicolau Dias Tinoco, a lease in Santo António do Tojal to establish a mass to be prayed by the Irmandades da Caridade and de Nossa Senhora da Consolação.

Will (extract) by which João Alves Soares declares that D. Paula da Silva, grandmother of his wife, had bequeathed him a vineyard with an obligation of ordering two weekly masses and other pious obligations in the chapel of Jesus of the church of S. Julião do Tojal. He requests his wife to entail the farmlands in Lisboa which they both inherited from D. Paula da Silva with an obligation of six weekly masses in the church of the convent of Madre de Deus de Lisboa, where he wishes to be buried. He also requests her to entail these properties to the chapel of her grandmother, if the ones entailed aren't enough to fulfill the obligations. After her death, they shall be inherited by one of their children. If she has no successors, they shall pass to the heirs of his entail.

Will (extract) in which Beatriz Teixeira establishes two weekly masses and other pious charges in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Lisboa, reinforcing the wishes expressed by her late husband Duarte de Abreu in his own will. The couple had wished to entail the casal de Loures to these obligations, but the property was being subjected to a court dispute. If the testator won the plea, her son Miguel de Abreu would inherit the property along with its pious obligations. If she lost, she would transfer these obligations to a public debt instrument of 20 000 réis that she held at the Alfândega de Lisboa, which had belonged to her late son António de Abreu. In this eventuality, her daughter Ana de Abreu would be the administrator.
Beatriz Teixeira also bequeaths a public debt instrument to the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça de Lisboa to fulfil pious obligations for her soul and for her husband’s soul, while reserving the right of usufruct to her son, Frei Bartolomeu de Santo Agostinho, for the duration of his life.

Leonor de Meneses ordered that, after the end of the embargo imposed on her public debt instrument of 43 000 réis in Casa das Carnes de Lisboa, part of its annual revenues had to be given to the Misericórdia de Lisboa in order to support the celebration of a perpetual daily mass for her soul and for the soul of the Marechal. Until the restriction was lifted, the revenues of her farmstead (quinta) in Palhavã should guarantee the fulfiment of those pious obligations.

Roque of Lisboa, where he wishes to be buried. After Maria de Serpa's death, the entail shall pass to his other niece, Maria Egipcíaca Correia. If she dies without heirs, the entail will pass to the lineage of their deceased brother, Fernando Lopes de Serpa, but only if his heirs, who live in India, return to Portugal. He also designates the chaplains who will pray the masses in his chapel: Simão de Novais Teixeira and João de Oliveira, and their immediate successors.

Catarina Fernandes left her third to her husband Pedro Gonçalves which, after his death, should be transmitted to her son Bartolomeu Rodrigues and his heirs. Pedro Gonçalves also declared that he wanted to leave his third to his wife Catarina Fernandes if he died first, with the same pious obligations. This entail is composed of some houses located in Lisboa.

Some of these properties belonged to her mother's third, and should be transmitted to her brother Francisco de Matos and to his eldest son. The administrator was due to order the celebration of masses and to pay 30 000 réis for a chaplain in the chapel of São Domingos, in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Anunciada. The institutor also declared that she wanted to celebrate some masses for her aunt Inês de Padilha and Catarina Soeira's soul, using the rents of the houses they left her.

She designated her niece, Andresa de Albuquerque, and her husband, Jerónimo Pires, to administrate it, obligating them and their descendants to support the celebration of annual masses in the church of S. Will (extract) by which Beatriz Duarte de Oliveira, Jorge Leitão's widow, ordered the acquisition of a rent (foro) of 4 cântaros of olive oil in order to support the perpetual lighting of a lamp in the chapel of Santíssimo Sacramento of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Rosa of Lisboa. She indicated that her husband had established a chapel in that convent, entailing to it stores in Rua Nova, and asked their daughter, Soror Joana de Jesus, to choose a chaplain to celebrate a perpetual daily mass for his soul.
The testator instituted another chapel in that convent, entailing to it his public debt instruments. She determined that Padre António de Sequeira would be its chaplain and that Jerónimo Leitão, her husband's nephew, would administrate both chapels. He had the obligation to give, each year, 20 000 réis to her daughter, only during her lifetime. After his death, the chapels would be administrated by António, his son, and subsequently transmitted to his descendants.

Will (extract) by which Isabel Caldeira made a joint last will with her husband André Fernandes, by which she declared that she wanted to left to Antónia Veloso, daughter of her niece Catarina Figueira, some houses located in Lisboa with the obligation to celebrate masses in the Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Luz e das Neves located in the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, in Lisboa. He left a "palmar" with its houses located in the place he lived in Santa Inês, Goa, which rents he wanted to incorporate into this chapel.

Will (extract) by which Maria Fernandes established an entail with houses in in the parish of S. Miguel of Lisboa designating Mécia Fernandes, her criada, to administrate it. She obligated her and her successors to support the celebration of an annual mass on S. Martinho's day in the church of S. Miguel of Alfama and to light a candle every Holy Thursday. At the time of her death, Mécia Fernandes would pass the entail to her eldest son or daughter.
The testator bequeathed houses in that city to Antão de Oliveira, Secretário da Rainha D. Leonor, obligating him and his descendants to support the celebration of 2 annual masses for her soul in that church. After his death, the entail would be inherited by his son, Manuel de Oliveira, the institutor's godson, and transmitted through his generation.

After Maria Fernandes' death, Pedro Lopes will inherit both halves and obligations, in a total of 40 masses.

José. 2 000 cruzados would be given to them to buy a property, whose income would support those pious obligations. The will was approved in 1680-03-22.
