Isabel Fernandes was supposed to live in the houses all her lifetime, paying Margarida 2.000 réis every year. Will chart by which Maria Fernandes Marouco, Manuel Vaz Mimoso's widow, establishes eight entails for her nephews and nieces, each one with an obligation of two annual masses.
The first one was composed of the houses where the institutor lived, in Castelo de Vide and was to be administered by Jorga, her niece, and afterwards by her daughters.
The second one was composed of other houses in Castelo de Vide and was to be administered by Maria Vivas and Leonor Fernandes, and afterwards by their children.
The third one was composed of a land in Alpalhão, and was to be administered by Isabel Freire, and afterwards by her children.
The fourth one was composed of a vineyard in Cruz da Tapada and was to be administered by Maria Mourato, and afterwards by her children.
The fifth one was composed of a land in Ameixieira, which the institutor had inherited from her father, and was to be administered by Jorge Vaz, who would be succeded by his sons.
The sixth one was composed of another farmland and was to be administered by Jorge Afonso and Álvaro Fernandes, who would be succeeded by their children.

Will chart by which Margarida Dias, António Carvalho's widow, bequeaths part of her patrimony, including lands, houses and a public debt instrument of 30 000 réis in Alfândega de Lisboa, to André Dias Carvalho, her stepson, with the obligation of celebrating annual masses in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. She also asks him to ensure that the pious obligations instituted by her late sister, Beatriz Dias, in the church of Santa Justa of that city, are duly fulfilled each year.

Will chart made by Violante da Conceição, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel, invoking Nossa Senhora da Esperança, with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year in the convent of Santo António, in Crato. The institutor named Maria da Rosa, her sister, as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by her daughter, who did not marry. After her death, the entail would pass to their siblings, with preference for the oldest female. After the death of all their siblings, it would pass to the closest relative of the founder.

Will chart made by Afonso Álvares, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of fifteen masses celebrated every year in Monforte. The institutor appointed João and Feliciana, his children, as first administrators during their lifetime, with the obligation to give every year 10 bushels of wheat and 1 bushel of olive oil to Ana da Conceição, their sister. After their death, they shall be succeeded by their eldest son or daughter. Isabel Álvares, the institutor's wife, would have the usufruct of the assets during her lifetime, so that only after her death would they pass to the first nominees.

Will chart made by Inês Afonso Sourão in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year in the church of Espírito Santo of Monforte. She appointed her sons to be the first administrators during their lifetime and, after their death, they shall be succeeded by the eldest son of the eldest.

Will chart made by Guiomar Godinho, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of three masses celebrated every year in Portalegre. The institutor named her mother as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by Mem and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest heir.

Will chart made by Maria Barata, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of fifteen masses celebrated every year. The institutor named Maria Temudo, her niece, daughter of António de Torres Manso, as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by whomever she chose, among the institutor's relatives.

Will chart made by Fernando Lourenço in which he ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated in the mother church of Vila do Porto. He appointed Protesilau de Loura to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest male son.

Will chart made by Duarte Nunes in which he ordered the foundation of a chapel, of the invocation of Jesus, in Vila do Porto, with a perpetual pious obligation of masses. He appointed Nuno Fernandes to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest son.

Will chart by which Padre António Coutinho, freire do hábito de Avis, confirmed the donation of all his assets to his brother, Francisco António, and his wife, Catarina Galvão, declaring that those properties could never be sold or exchanged. They both were obligated to support the celebration of a perpetual weekly mass for the souls of his parents and masses during the feasts of Nossa Senhora. If the couple left no descendants, the entail would be inherited by the brotherhood of Santo Sacramento of Veiros and not by the Galvão family, as previously stated by the institutor. The testator determined that the entail had to be passed to the eldest son of its administrators. He referred that, after his death, his body would be buried in the church of Salvador of Veiros. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1580-10-09.

Will chart by which Bartolomeu Perestrelo, João Lopes Perestrelo's son, established an entail with all his assets, including properties in Ermegeira, Monte Redondo and Lobagueira, in the outskirts of Torres Vedras. He designated his brother, António Perestrelo, to administrate it, ordering him and his successors to support the celebration of a perpetual daily mass for his soul in the chapel of Trindade of the church of S. Pedro de Torres Vedras, where his parents lied. The entail had to be transmitted to his eldest son, who would have to use the family name. He also appointed his brother to become the tutor of his son, Rodrigo, who he had brought from Sofala. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1514-03-15.

Will chart by which D. Maria de Vilhena, Simão da Silveira's widow, established a chapel of 3 daily perpetual masses, which would be celebrated in the main chapel of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Évora. She appointed Jerónimo de Carvalho, her uncle, and Sancho de Faria, her nephew, to administrate it, leaving a public debt instrument of 100 000 réis and a rent (foro) of wheat taken from properties in Moura, Beja and Évora to support the pious obligations. The administrators had to erect a chapel in that convent, where a family mausoleum would be built. All the properties she left to her uncle and a public debt instrument of 14 000 given to Madalena Mendes, her ama, would end up being passed to Sancho de Faria and entailed to the chapel. The latter would leave all the entailed assets to his eldest son.

Will chart by which Francisco Ferreira da Silveira, fidalgo da Casa do Rei and cavaleiro professo da Ordem de Cristo, and D. Maria Velez, his wife, express their wish to be buried in the convent of Anunciada of Tomar. They establish an entail and chapel with their casais, farmlands and other properties in Tomar and its surrounding area, headed by their houses in Tomar. They also annex to it their silver serving set. They designate their eldest son, Manuel Ferreira da Silveira, as first administrator and his descendants afterwards. They will have the obligation of ordering twelve annual masses for their souls.

Will chart by which Bento Gonçalves de Sequeira, Cavaleiro da Casa do Rei, bequeathed the third part of his assets, including his farmstead (quinta) of Fonte Coberta, to his son, Belchior de Burgos, contador, obligating him and his descendants to give, each year, 4 500 réis to the church of Nossa Senhora dos Mártires of Lisboa to support the celebration of annual masses for his soul. After his death, the entail would be inherited by his eldest son. He also left him his post of Escrivão das Fianças. The testator declared that his body had to be buried alongside the remains of his wife, Helena de Burgos, and of his brother-in-law, Pedro de Burgos, in that church. José de Lisboa, designates his brother, João Pereira, as his universal heir, under the condition that he builds him an hermitage dedicated to S. Gens in his farmstead of the same name, where he wishes to be buried, with the obligation of four annual masses. He bequeaths him and his descendants all of his properties as an entail. If his brother doesn't have descendants, the administration will pass to the Misericórdia of Ourém.

Will chart by which João Rebelo Cerveira established an entail, incorporating some houses located in Santarém ir order to fulfil the pious charges in the Convent of São Francisco, in the same place. He designated the priest António Rebelo, his son, to be its first administrator. Francisco Rebelo, also his son, should succeed him, and then his eldest son or daughter.

Will chart made by Jerónimo Henriques da Veiga in which he ordered his burial in the main chapel of the Santo Adrião church, in Póvoa de Santo Adrião. He orders the transfer of the bones of his parents, brothers, wife and children, all buried in the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus, to the main chapel of the aforementioned church. He also ordered the foundation of a "morgado", entailing all his goods for the fulfilment of charges, celebrated in that church. He appoints António, son of João Batista da Fonseca and D. Clara de Oliveira, his godson, to be the first administrator. After his death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest son. The administrators were obliged to reside in the Kingdom.

Will chart of Pedro Mendes Carrilho. He instituted a chapel or entail, entailing assets for the fulfillment of charges. He appoints Ana Mendes, his wife, the first administrator, who was to succeed Catarina Mendes, his niece and then her eldest male son.
An addition follows, dated 1667-11-27.

Will chart made by Henrique de Sousa and his wife Beatriz de Melo by which they ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every week. They appointed Diogo de Sousa and Isabel de Melo to be the first administrators during their lifetime, with the condition that they marry. After their death, they shall be succeeded by their first-born son and from there on the succession shall continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.

Will by which Diogo Gonçalves do Prado, Guiomar Machado's husband, founded an entail, with the pious obligation of one daily mass to be celebrated in the chapel of Trindade, in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. He incorporated various houses he had in Lisboa, a property (casal) in its outskirts, and the third of his and his wife's assets in the mentioned entail. He appointed his son, Diogo, as its first administrator, after whose death he ought to be succeeded by his male first born son. If Diogo died childless, the entail was bequeathed to Fernando de Braga, who then had the responsibility of appointing the next administrator. He chose to be buried in the aforementioned chapel, in the grave where lied his brother, João Gonçalves de Prado. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1472-06-01, and an opening deed issued on 1474-06-15.

Will chart of D. Simoa de Franca, ordering her sepulture in the chancel of the monastery of São Francisco of Tavira, where she establishes a chapel. She entails several real estate to fulfill the charges, celebrated in the church of the monastery of São Francisco. The masses should be celebrated by priests from the monastery. She appoints Belchior de Franca, her nephew, as administrator and he should appoint a son to succeed him.
It also has the respective opening deed of a will (dated 1580-03-10) and approval deed (1580-02-05).

Will chart of Violante Mendes founding two chapels, one for her brother, Fernando Caldeira, and his descendants with the obligation to celebrate 25 masses in the chapel of the monastery of S. Domingos of Elvas, and the other for her nephew, Afonso Façanha, and his descendants with the obligation to celebrate 15 masses in the same chapel.

Will chart by which Afonso Fialho established an entail, incorporating some immovable goods with the obligation to celebrate masses in the Monastery of S. Francisco de Lisboa. He designated his wife Clara de Aguiar to be its first administrator, and his sister Maria Rodrigues to succeed after her death.

Will chart by which Doutor Simão Monteiro de Leiria expresses his wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in the chapel of Afonso Fialho, of which he is the administrator. He establishes an entail with his properties, with an obligation of 50 annual masses for his soul in that convent. This entail shall be attached to the entail founded by Afonso Fialho. He appoints his nephew, also called Simão Monteiro de Leiria, as the heir of his entail, and mentions that there should be a judgment to decide who shall have the administration of Afonso Fialho's entail: his sister, D. Margarida, or his nephew, Simão. He also establishes that his sister shall not inherit his properties.

Will chart of Brás Afonso Correia bequeathing all his real estate to Jorge, son of Rui de Figueiredo, with the pious obligation of the described masses, celebrated in the church of S. Tomé, in Lisbon.

Will chart of Lopo Mendes do Rio and Leonor Dias, his wife, founding an entail and a chapel in the monastery of S. Domingos of Benfica with their available portions and appointing their son, António Mendes do Rio, as their successor.

Will chart of Pedro Esteves Barbas, ordering his burial in the church of São Martinho of Sintra, where he establishes a chapel. He appoints frei Martinho and Constança Gonçalves, his niece, his executors, to administer it.
It is in an exemplification, inserted in a certificate (dated 1624-03-30).

Will chart of Nuno Martins Segurado. He leaves the Cruzeiro de Alagoa's farm, on the outskirts of Arruda dos Vinhos, and several other assets, to Helena Martins Segurado, his daughter, with associated charges. He leaves the Lagoa's farm, and several other assets, to João Martins Segurado, his son, with associated charges.

Will chart by which Isabel Dias de Vilalobos established an entail, incorporating some assets for the fulfillment of the charges in the Altar da Cruz in the Church of Salvador, in Montemor-o-Novo. She designated her brother Custódio de Vilalobos to be its first administrator, succeeding him his son Custódio de Vilalobos.

Will chart by which João Afonso founded a chapel, incorporating assets to fulfill charges. The administrator was due to order the celebration of masses in the church of São Mateus de Erra, on the outskirts of Santarém. He designated his niece Margarida Afonso, wife of João Alves, to succeed in this entail and, after her death, her son Rodrigo and his eldest son.

Will chart by which Afonso Gonçalves, o Cavalheiro, ordered to be buried in the church of São João of Vila do Conde, and his wife Catarina Eanes in the church of Santa Maria de Varzim. They incorporated the third parts of their assets, namely the farm of "Balão", in the parish of Santa Maria de Macere, on the outskirts of Barcelos. The charges should be preferably celebrated in the church of São João of Vila do Conde. They designated their daughter Filipa Gonçalves, wife of Pedro Velho de Andrade, to be its first administrator and, after her death, her eldest son.

Will chart of Luís Botelho Fróis. Establishes an entail, entailing several farms (Cabanas, Vaqueiras) on the outskirts of Santarém. He appoints Miguel Fróis de Figueiredo, his son, heir and first administrator. His eldest male son should succeed him.

Will chart by which Mateus Vieira established an entail, incorporating a farm in Pero Moniz for the fulfillment of the pious charges in Church of São João Baptista de Pero Moniz, in Cadaval. He designated Leonor da Vieira to be the first administrator and her eldest son should succeed her.

Will chart by which Afonso Mendes Pinto wanted to be buried in the convent of São Francisco, in Funchal. He left all his movable and immovable property to his niece Branca Teixeira and to her husband Tristão Fernandes, with the obligation to fulfil some pious obligations. After their death, it should succeed their son Afonso Mendes and, after his death, his eldest son.

Will chart by which Doutor António Francisco de Varejão established an entail with two chaplains, to increase the number of beneficiados of the Collegiate of Freixo de Espada à Cinta. He designated his nephew Sebastião Alves Varejão to be its first administrator and, after his death, his eldest son. This entail is composed of "casais" on the outskirts of Vila Nova da Cerveira and houses in "Campo da Vinha".

Will chart by which António Cordovil institutes an entail, by entailing assets for the fulfillment of pious charges. He appoints Francisco Cordovil, his legitimate son, as its first administrator. He chose to be buried in the grave where lied his sister, Maria Cordovil, in the chapel of Jesus of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa.

Will chart of João Baquar, ordering his grave in front of the altar of São João, in the church of Santo António. He entails his real estate assets in an entail and appoints Gil Vicente as the first administrator. His eldest son was to succeed him, excluding women. The account of the administration mentions that this entail is composed of houses, "marinhas", olive groves, orchard and vineyards near to this church.

Will chart of Ana Galvão de Abreu, ordering her grave in the convent of São Francisco of Lisboa, in the tomb of Maria de Abreu, her sister. She institutes an entail, entailing a farm (quinta) in São João da Talha, with charges, for which she appoints Beatriz Pais. After her death, her eldest son should succeed her.
She also institutes an entail, entailing a farm (quinta) in Bulhão, in Alvalade o Grande, and two houses on the street of Saco, for which she appoints D. Antónia, her niece, as first administrator. Then, her sons and descendants should succeed her.
She establishes another chapel, entailing a farmhouse (casal) in São Tiago dos Velhos and another in Murteira, parish of São Mamede, on the outskirts of Torres Vedras, in order to fulfill the charges celebrated in that monastery. Appoints Canon Simão de Gouveia, first administrator, who was responsible for appointing his successor.
She also leaves the olive grove of Forno da Cal, in S. João da Talha, to Joana Rebelo to help her in her wedding with the pious obligation of an annual mass for the souls of the institutor's deceased ancestors.

Will chart of Ana de Pina, ordering her grave in the church of Santa Maria of Celorico da Beira. She appoints António Soares de Pina, her husband, and João Salvado, prior of São Pedro of Celorico da Beira, executors. She appoints Marcos de Aragão, her nephew, universal heir. The testator had built a hermitage, invoking Nossa Senhora, with charges, which she now transforms into an entail, entailing assets and appointing the heir administrator, after the death of António Soares de Pina.

Will chart by which Gaspar Barreto Cabral wanted to be buried in the monastery of São Francisco de Évora. He incorporated into this entail a "moio" of cereal from the "herdade da Bodoeira" and "herdade da Bala", in the parish of São Brás de Regedouro. He designated his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its first administrator, who should be succeed by his eldest son. The institutor was the administrator of the chapel founded by Diogo Pires, designating his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its administrator. The institutor was also the administrator of the chapel founded by Maria Afonso, with the obligation to order the celebration of masses in the Cathedral of Évora, designating his grandson to be its successor.

Will chart of D. Filipa da Silva. She appoints D. Pedro de Eça, her brother-in-law, as her executor. She establishes an entail with her assets, after the legacies have been fulfilled, and appoints D. Diogo, her nephew, as first administrator, to be suceeded by his eldest son. The charges were to be celebrated at the monastery of São Francisco of Xabregas, where she wanted to be buried.

Will chart by Gil Simões Valarinho and Leonor Correia, his wife, establishing a chapel and entailing their third parts to it. They name António Simões, their son, as administrator, or André Simões, if António died.

Will chart of Mestre Diogo Lopes Franco, Físico-mor do rei. He instituted a chapel, entailing his farmstead (quinta) of S. Bento and a few houses he had in Lisboa, as well as the rest of the third of his assets, with the pious obligation of one weekly mass celebrated in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. He appointed Bárbara Franco, his daughter, as the entail's first administrator, to whom the eldest son should succeed. He chose to be buried in the church of the aforementioned convent, next to his late wife, Inês Rodrigues.

Will chart by which Catarina de Andrade, widow of Pedro Caldeira, escrivão da Fazenda do Rei, expresses her wish to be buried in the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Monte do Carmo of Lisboa, in her husband's grave. She establishes a chapel, entailing her houses in Lisboa, with an obligation of one annual divine office and four weekly masses in her burial place. She designates António Jorge, her nephew, as first administrator, and his successors afterwards.

Will chart of Jorge de Sousa de Alvim, ordering his grave in the hermitage of Santo António, which he had built at his Quinta de Pedrógão, on the outskirts of Torres Novas. He establishes an entail and chapel, entailing all his assets, located in the Quinta de Pedrógão and on the outskirts of Torres Novas and Porto de Mós. He appoints Manuel de Sousa de Alvim, his son, executor and first administrator, to be succeded by his eldest male son. In case of extinction of the lineage, the administration would pass to the monastery of São Martinho de Tibães.
He establishes another entail and chapel, entailing a farm, located in Seiça, on the outskirts of Ourém. He appoints Simão de Sousa de Alvim, his son, first administrator. The charges were to be celebrated in the church of Seiça. The same clauses had to be fulfilled for the institution of the entail of the Quinta de Pedrógão.
He establishes another entail and chapel, entailing grain income, in the amount of 100.000 réis, coming from Alfeizerão. He appoints Pedro de Melo de Sousa, his son, first administrator. The charges were to be celebrated in the church of Alfeizerão. The same clauses had to be fulfilled for the institution of the entail of the Quinta de Pedrógão.
He establishes another chapel, entailing a farm, located in Vila Verde, in the municipality of Vila Chã, on the outskirts of Braga. He appoints Henrique de Sousa de Alvim, his son, first administrator. The charges were to be celebrated in the church of São Paio of Vila Verde. The same clauses had to be fulfilled for the institution of the entail of the Quinta de Pedrógão.

Will chart of Jorge Gonçalves Formigo bequeathing some properties to his son, Sebastião Jorge, to order the celebration of fifty-one masses for his, his parents and his wives souls, lay down a set of succession rules in their administration. He appoints Sebastião Jorge, his son, as first administrator.

Will chart of Maria da Costa, widow of Estêvão Pires de Paiva, bequeathing her available portion to Maria Raposo, her granddaughter, daughter of António da Costa Furtado, with the pious obligation of three perpetual prayed masses, in each year. Her graddaughter will be succeeded by her male son. If she has not offspring, the testator's available portion will be bequeathed to António da Costa Furtado, her son and Maria Raposo's father.

Will chart of Isabel Barbosa, widow of António Borges, founding an entail with her available portion, with the pious obligation of one chapel of a weekly mass in the church of S. Pedro of Ponta Delgada and appointing as administrator her daughter, Guiomar Borges, and, after her death, her grandson and Guiomar's son, António Borges.

Will chart of Isabel Fernandes de Palma, ordering her burial in her chapel in the church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição of Portimão. She entails her properties and appoints António de Palma, her nephew, as administrator of her entail. If he died without children, Henrique Vaz, her brother, would succeed, and if he also had no children, he would be succeded by Simão de Palma.
Is followed by a codicil (dated 1565-07-03).

Will chart of João de Lemos founding a chapel in the church of Santiago of Estremoz and appointing Gaspar de Lemos, his nephew, as its first administrator. He forbids any administrator to marry to a woman from the lineages of Margarida de Sande and Sebastião Valejo.

Will chart of João de Oliveira Ferreira, ordering his grave in the church of Santa Eufémia of Penela. He entails several real estate to fulfill the charges and appoints Maria Botelho, his wife and executor, to administer it until Francisco, his son, turns 25. The administration was then to follow by the eldest son.
It also contains a codicil by João de Oliveira Ferreira (dated 1586-03-17) and the respective approval deed (dated 1586-03-30).

Will chart of Maria Fernandes, ordering her grave in the church of Santiago, next to the altar of Nossa Senhora da Piedade, where Pedro Fernandes, her husband, was. She instituted a chapel, with charges celebrated in the convent of São Pedro dos Terceiros, entailing her houses, located in Tanoarias, which she leaves to António Reimão, married to Ana Fernandes, her niece. The administrator was then to leave it to the son or daughter he chose. If he didn't choose any, would belong to the eldest son.
Contains an approval deed (dated 1598-05-13) and an opening deed of a will (dated 1598-05-15).

Will chart made by Gomes Pamplona de Miranda and his wife Branca Rodrigues Valadão in which they ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of two weekly masses celebrated in a chapel on the church of S. Roque that they were building. They named their son Simão Pamplona de Miranda as first administrator and one of his male grandsons after his death, and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. All administrators should use the surname "Pamplona" or otherwise lose the administration and they were forbiden to marry with descendants of moors and jews. The administrators were also obliged to entail their own reserved portions to the entail.

Will chart of Isabel do Amaral de Vasconcelos, ordering her grave in the chapel of the chapter of the monastery of São Francisco de Orgens, which she had built. She leaves several charges of masses, celebrated in the Cathedral of Viseu and in Tarouca. She appoints João Pais do Amaral, her brother, heir, executor and administrator of the Chapter's chapel, located in that monastery. She entails assets, located in Repeses, to fulfill the charges. After her brother's death, João Pais, his son, should succeed him, and so on, in the form of an entail.

Will chart of João Soares Ribeiro, ordering his grave in his chapel of Espírito Santo, located in the mother church of Sernancelhe. He established an entail with a third part his assets and the a third part of assets that D. Francisca had left him and appointing Diogo Ribeiro, his son, to administer it. The succession should be done in the same way as his father determines when he entailed a third part of his assets, except for the obligation to reside in Sernancelhe. He entailed half of the land of Ressaio to the entail instituted by his father. He also administered an entail instituted by Cristóvão da Fonseca Ribeiro, his uncle, ordering that the administrator foreseen in the institution be followed. The charges were to be celebrated in the chapel of Nossa Senhora das Neves, in Távora.
Followed by the respective approval deed (dated 1652-09-27) and the opening deed of a will (dated 1652-10-29).

Will chart made Margarida Pires and her husband Gaspar do Rego, both ill of the plague, in which they ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of three masses celebrated every week in the mother church of Ponta Delgada, where their bodies should be buried, with holly water and candle lights. They named their son João do Rego to administrate it after their deaths and if he died before assuming the administration, it should be given to his brother Sebastião do Rego, or their sister Leonor Baldaia or her eldest daughter Maria Baldaia, and after the death of any of them the succession should always continue on the eldest male heir.

Will chart made by Diogo Caldeira de Tavares and his wife Maria de Sousa in which they leave the entail instituted by Jorge Caldeira de Tavares to Pedro de Sousa Caldeira. They entail several other assets, adding a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated in the convent of São Francisco of Portalegre. They also attach to it properties of the entail established by António Pimenta. After the death of Pedro de Sousa Caldeira, he shall be succeeded by his eldest male son.

Will chart made by Catarina Marques, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of two chapels with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year. She entail a land (souto), in the location of Juntas, on the outskirts of Marvão, with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year. The institutor named Pedro and Maria, children of Manuel Fernandes, her nephews, as first administrators during them lifetime. The land would be divided into equal parts, being administered separately. After each one's death, they would be succeeded by his eldest son and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
Catarina Marques ordered also another other chapel. Named Isabel Fernandes and Margarida, daughters of Manuel Fernandes, her nieces, as first administrators during them lifetime. Isabel Fernandes was supposed to live in the houses entailed all her lifetime, paying Margarida 2.000 réis every year. After the death of the last of them, she would be succeeded by her eldest son and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.

Will chart of Gaspar de Simas, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of twelve masses celebrated every year in Arronches. The institutor named Gaspar de Simas, his nephew as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
