Will (extract) by which Mécia Fernandes bequeathed lands (casa) in Valejas, located on the outskirts of Lisboa, to Jorge Lopes, obligating him and his successors to support the celebration of 10 annual masses for her soul and the soul of her sister, Leonor Fernandes, in the churches of S. Miguel and S. Pedro of Alfama. The properties could never be sold or exchanged for others. Jorge Lopes had to appoint the entail's next administrator or, if he died before doing it, to transmit it to his eldest son.
The testator leaves, also, houses in Beco do Lagar do Mel, Lisboa, to her criado, Rodrigo, determining that him and his descendants had to celebrate 5 annual masses for her soul in the church of S. Miguel. Those houses could never be sold. If Rodrigo did not produce an heir, the entailed property would be added to the entail left to Jorge Lopes.

Will (extract) by which Jorge Lopes transmitted Mécia Fernandes' entail to his wife, Catarina Rodrigues, ordering her to fulfil the pious obligations established by the institutor. After his wife's death, the entail would be inherited by their eldest son and passed to his descendants. If she died without leaving heirs, it would be bequeathed to the eldest son of André Lopes, the testator's brother. The entail's future administrators were obligated to support the celebration of a mass, every month, in the church of S. Miguel, where the testator's body would be buried.

She designated António da Silva de Noronha, her husband's son, to be its first administrator. His children should succeed in this entail but, if he died childless, it should succeed her kin and not those from António. He was also obligated to intern into a convent a girl that lived in her company, in order to became a nun. This entail is composed of houses, lands, "casais", vineyards and olive groves located in Oeiras, Lisboa and Póvoa de Santo Adrião. Followed by an undated inventory.

Francisco, entailed to his houses in rua da Betesga and Alfama, Lisboa, and foros of houses in adro da Conceição. He appoints his son, Tomás de Leão, as administrator of the entail, and his descendants afterwards, who shall add part of their thirds to it. If Tomás de Leão dies without heirs, it will be administered by his sister, Guiomar de Caminha, and her children. If there is no legitimate or illegitimate descendance, the succession shall fall to Francisca da Costa, Gil de Leão's goddaughter, daughter of Gonçalo da Costa, or to her sister, Joana, and their successors. If the whole family line is extinguished, it will be bequeathed to the Misericórdia of Lisboa.

The institutor ordered the purchase of a chapel, the payment of 30 000 réis to a chaplain and the celebration of masses for his soul in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Anunciada. The institutor also left some legacies for the remission of captives to the Misericórdia of Lisboa. This entail should be succeed by the eldest son or, in his absence, by the closest kin and its properties are composed of houses in Lisboa, and a "cardal" and a farm located in Azambujal.

Will (extract) by which Maria Lourenço Gramacho instituted an entail with a property (herdade) she owned in the outskirts of Elvas and a vineyard in Varche, appointing her niece Mécia Dias, Diogo Fernandes de Montarroio's wife, to administrate it. All the entail's administrators were obligated to support the celebration of annual masses for the institutor's soul in the convent of S. Domingos of Elvas.
The institutor established another entail with her "herdade em Cajola" and an olive grove in the outskirts of Elvas, designating her niece, D. Beatriz, to administrate it. She and her descendants had the obligation of supporting the celebration of 7 annual masses, in honour of the Holy Spirit, in the convent of S. Domingos.

The administrator was due to order the celebration of masses, that should be said by a chaplain. After the administrator’s death, it should succeed her son Silvério and, in his absence, another daughter of Micaela. Will (extract) by which Lopo Álvares Velez appointed his son, Diogo, whose mother was Francisca Dias, to become his universal heir. Diogo would be the next administrator of the chapel of S. Vicente of the church of S. Miguel of Aveiro. The testator confirmed the entailment of properties to that chapel made by his grandfather, Lopo Álvares, and determined that the entail's administration should preferably be delivered to the eldest son of his successors. He left a rent (foro) of 2 000 réis and 2 capons to his sister, Joana Ferreira, which was paid by a castilian who resided in Aveiro. After her death it had to be entailed to the chapel. His body would be buried in the chapel of S. Vicente, where his parents lied.

She establishes an obligation of twelve annual masses, one each month, in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. She also bequeaths her niece 40 alqueires of foros in Torres Vedras with the obligation of five other masses. If D. Mariana Salema has already died at the time of her aunt's death, or doesn't have any children, the entail shall be given to one of her siblings. If their lineage is extinguished, the entail shall be annexed to her chapel of S. Romão with the same obligation.

Will (extract) made in Santiago, Cabo Verde, by Leonor da Costa in which she ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of one mass celebrated in every week as long as the world lasted and also three masses in All Saints Day, two of them sung with bread and wine offer, for her soul and for the ones of her husband Pedro Fidalgo de Andrade and their daughter Catarina de Andrade. The masses should be celebrated by the Cabido of Praia. For this, the administrator should receive a salary worth 10.000 réis in every year. To administrate it, she named her granddaughter Madalena de Andrade, daughter of Tomé Fidalgo, during her lifetime and, after her death, the succession should always continue on the eldest heir, male or female. If Madalena died without children, the administration would be handled with the same conditions, in this order, to her sister Isabel, her brother Pedro or to the daughter of André Bruto do Lago. The institutor disposed that farms she entailed should be always benefited with the plantation of new trees. The will should also be registrated in the record keeping books of the chapels, probably the one which served on the Cabido, for her memory.

The entail would be transmitted to the son or daughter of her heir. She incorporated in it all her assets, leaving to the discretion of her heir whether the farm she owned in Cinco Ribeiras, S. Tomé, should be sold and the sale's profit used in the acquisition of properties in the kingdom or not. She also declared that she owned another land in Catujal. The chapel's administrator was obligated to maintain it and to preserve its altarpiece, textiles and ornaments.
