Will chart by which Maria Fernandes Marouco, Manuel Vaz Mimoso's widow, establishes eight entails for her nephews and nieces, each one with an obligation of two annual masses.
The first one was composed of the houses where the institutor lived, in Castelo de Vide and was to be administered by Jorga, her niece, and afterwards by her daughters.
The second one was composed of other houses in Castelo de Vide and was to be administered by Maria Vivas and Leonor Fernandes, and afterwards by their children.
The third one was composed of a land in Alpalhão, and was to be administered by Isabel Freire, and afterwards by her children.

He establishes an entail with his properties in Lisboa and Graciosa, Açores, and appoints his eldest son, Jerónimo da Veiga, as his universal heir and administrator of the entail. He establishes an obligation of a daily mass and one annual mass in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where his successors can build a tomb for themselves, with 20 000 reis of alms. If Jerónimo da Veiga doesn't have children, the entail shall go to his brother, Luís da Veiga, if he doesn't become a cleric, or to the lineage of Tristão Vaz da Veiga's brother, Lourenço da Veiga.

Will chart made by Tomé Pires, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Estrela, in Marvão. The institutor appointed Tomé Pires and Domingos Pires, his nephews, sons of Domingos Pires, his brother, as first administrators during their lifetime and, after their death, they shall be succeeded by their closest heir.

Will chart by which Mécia de Andrade Freire, widow of doutor António Gentil, expresses her wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa. She entails her properties in Algés and Outarela with an obligation of two weekly masses in that convent. She bequeaths them to her nephew, António de Leão, who is in India, and to his successors. If he doesn't have any descendants, the entail shall pass to her other nephew, Manuel Homem, or to his sister, Mécia Fialho, children of Luís Homem.

Will chart by which the priest Gaspar Fernandes established an entail, incorporating some rents from land in order to fulfill the pious charges in the chapel of Nossa Senhora, in the Church of Sousel. He designated the eldest son or daughter of his sister Maria Rodrigues to be the first administrator. If one of them became a priest, he would have priority to succeed over the others.

If Bento Rodrigues, his nephew, son of Baltazar Rodrigues, his brother, is ordained a priest, he should be the first administrator. If not, it would have to be padre Manuel Dias and then the priest who was his closest relative. When the offspring were extinguished, the administrator would be chosen by the vicar of the village and the provedor of Misericórdia. Immediately it was to be administered by Baltasar Rodrigues, until his son was ordained.

Will chart of Gonçalo Rodrigues Camelo, declaring that he wants to be buried in the church of Santa Maria Madalena of Lisboa, and designating Afonso de Almada and Lourenço Eanes, his criados, as his executors. He leaves to the administrator of Catarina Lopes’ hospital his houses, with charges, reserving the usufruct for his wife. He leaves half of all his assets to his wife and the other half to pay the established charges. Regarding the assets belonging to the entail and hospital of Catarina Lopes, which he enumerates, he leaves them to Afonso de Almada. The latter would become the entail's next administrator and would have the responsibility to nominate a successor, who should reside in the parish of Madalena.
The will chart is inserted in an opening deed of a will (dated from 1451-05-19) and is followed by an approval deed (dated from 1451-05-18).

Will chart by which João de Flandres, mercador, establishes an entail with houses, lands (herdades) in Lisboa and lands (casal) in Abóboda, Cascais, appointing Vicente Afonso, his criado, to be its first administrator. He and his successors should support the celebration of annual masses in the church of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa, where the testator's remains should be buried, next to his wife, Leonor Afonso, and their children.
He also bequeaths part of a house in Lisboa to Susana Martins, his criada, and Vasco Gonçalves Armeiro, her husband, obligating them and their descendants to celebrate one annual mass for his soul in that church. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1447-12-21.

He establishes another entail and chapel, entailing a farm, located in Seiça, on the outskirts of Ourém. He appoints Simão de Sousa de Alvim, his son, first administrator. The charges were to be celebrated in the church of Seiça. The same clauses had to be fulfilled for the institution of the entail of the Quinta de Pedrógão.

Will chart made by Maria Soares Baeta, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of five masses celebrated every year on the convent of S. Francisco of Alter do Chão, where her body should be buried. She named both her nieces Maria Soares and Catarina de Jesus to administrate the entail during their lifes, and after the death of the first one, the administration would be go to the other. After their deaths, the administration should be assumed by to the eldest female daughter of the last one of two firstly appointed administrators, and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest female daughter. If none of them had children, the administration would be transmitted to Domingas Gonçalves who would administrate it during her lifetime and appoint a successor before her death. All administrators were obliged to entail their own reserved portions to the entail. Only the Visitador do Bispo could take accounts on the administration.

After their deaths, their shares should be bequeathed to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, which must guarantee the celebration of annual masses for Joana's soul. She declares that her remains should be buried next to the chapel of Jesus of that convent. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1538-11-09 and an opening deed issued on 1540-11-27.

Will by which Diogo Gonçalves do Prado, Guiomar Machado's husband, founded an entail, with the pious obligation of one daily mass to be celebrated in the chapel of Trindade, in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. He incorporated various houses he had in Lisboa, a property (casal) in its outskirts, and the third of his and his wife's assets in the mentioned entail. He appointed his son, Diogo, as its first administrator, after whose death he ought to be succeeded by his male first born son. If Diogo died childless, the entail was bequeathed to Fernando de Braga, who then had the responsibility of appointing the next administrator. He chose to be buried in the aforementioned chapel, in the grave where lied his brother, João Gonçalves de Prado. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1472-06-01, and an opening deed issued on 1474-06-15.

Will (extract) made by Francisco Dias Delgado and his wife Catarina Moreira, in which they have ordered the foundation of an entail and chapel in the convent of Santo António of Ipojuca, devoted to Nossa Senhora da Conceição, with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated in every week as long as the world lasted. The entail would be composed of a grange that they possessed in Porto de Galinhas, with some fishing sites, houses and also thirty calving cows, that should be perpetually maintained in this quantity. They left detailed instructions for the ornates of the chapel that should have an altarpiece in stone and an image of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, being ornate with the liturgical colors: white, red, purple and green. The administrators would be henceforth obliged to deliver 10.000 réis to the convent in every year in order to sustain the masses and keep the chapel's ornates. To administrate it, they named their son Francisco Dias Delgado during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should always continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. If Francisco had no descendants or died before any of the institutors, the administration would be handled to their granddaughter Joana, daughter of their daughter Ana Mendes and António Freire. If she also had no descendants, the administration would be transmitted to their grandson Manuel, son of Maria Barbosa, their daughter. All administrators would be obliged to live in Pernambuco's captaincy or otherwise lose the administration of the entail. They have also appealed to the authorities the Crown and the Church to surveil the fulfillment of the conditions imposed on this will.

Will (extract) by which Lourenço Vieira establishes an entail on his farmstead in Lumiar, Lisboa, near the church of S. João. He bequeaths it to his nephew, Lourenço Vieira, with the obligation of four annual masses in the chapel of S. Lourenço of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, on the days of S. João Evangelista, Jesus, Easter and S. Lourenço, and other twelve masses on each first Sunday of every month. He also orders that he and his sucessors take 50 000 reis of the third parts of their inheritances to keep the chapel repaired. If by the time of Lourenço Vieira's death his nephew has already died, the entail shall be bequeathed to his sister, Beatriz Vieira.

After a while, however, he had re-established that obligation, and he now requests another half of an annual to be prayed.

After Joana Henriques' death, the entail would be inherited by the eldest son of Duarte Gonçalves, the testator's nephew, and transmitted to his descendants.

She obligated her and her successors to support the celebration of an annual mass on S. Martinho's day in the church of S. Miguel of Alfama and to light a candle every Holy Thursday. At the time of her death, Mécia Fernandes would pass the entail to her eldest son or daughter.
The testator bequeathed houses in that city to Antão de Oliveira, Secretário da Rainha D. Leonor, obligating him and his descendants to support the celebration of 2 annual masses for her soul in that church. After his death, the entail would be inherited by his son, Manuel de Oliveira, the institutor's godson, and transmitted through his generation.

Afonso Eanes, his wife and their successors had the obligation of supporting the celebration of 10 masses, every year, in the church of Nossa Senhora do Loreto. A copy of Maria Dias' will would be delivered to the priests of that church.
